Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy for yarn, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your yarn must be in the same condition that you received it, yarn not caked or pulled, with label intact. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Needles and hooks can only be exchanged for size.  If your needles or hooks have manufacturer defects, refunds and exchanges will follow the supplier guidelines.

Any returns or exchanges must be completed at the location the item was purchased.
